Growing up on a family farm in Douglas County, Overcast exudes the core values of hard work and community spirit. After graduating from Ava High School, he pursued higher education, obtaining degrees from Drury University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and subsequently becoming a licensed Missouri Attorney.
Overcast’s journey includes service to the nation as a United States Air Force Veteran, where he served as a Tactical Aircraft
